An Oil-free Compressor for Pneumatic Bulk Trailers!
Hori Wing Compressor was designed and manufactured of lightweight and compact to be loaded on pneumatic bulk trailers for cement powder, fly ash, PVC powder, iron oxide,calcium carbonate, potassium carbonate, feed, flour, rice, granulated sugar, glass powder, paint powder, urea, silica sand, soda lime, active carbon, coke powder, carbon black, liquids and others:

Feature include:
· The Wing Compressor is oil-free type. Free from carbon blade crack and breakage which are associated with the rotary type compressor.
· The Wing Compressor is suited for any type of pneumatic trailer chassis.
· The Wing Compressor is lightweight, compact, and low in noise level.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
When the crankshaft is driven, the rotor (4) provides a rightward and leftward rocking motion in figure. With the rotor (4) being turned counterclockwise, the suction valve plate (A) is closed and the suction valve plate (B) is opened, the air being introduced into the cylinder (3) through the suction valve plate (B). This results in the air in the cylinder (3) being compressed, which causes the discharge valve plate (C) to be opened, the air being discharged into the outlet pipe. During this process, the discharge valve plate (D) is kept closed. When the rotor (4) is turned clockwise, the respective valve plates make a reverse operation. Thus, each one revolution of the crankshart provides suction and discharge two times.
HORI TROUBLE SHOOTING
Troubles and Countermeasures:
1. Abnormal vibration
- Check the bolts and retighten them, if loosen.
2. Abnormal sound
- Check the cylinder and the crankcase. When the rotor and the driving arm are not tightly connected, retighten them.
- Damage to the white metal for the larger end of the connecting rod: Change the metal. Check the oil level, oil strainer and the oil inlet tube. Retighten the ring joint of the oil inlet tube. Feed oil if shorten.
- Check the cylinder and the crankcase. When the rotor and the driving arm are not tightly connected, retighten them.
- Damage to the white metal for the larger end of the connecting rod: Change the metal. Check the oil level, oil strainer and the oil inlet tube. Retighten the ring joint of the oil inlet tube. Feed oil if shorten.
3. Lack of oil pressure
- Blocking of the oil strainer: Checkk the oil pump. Clean the strainer or exchange it.
- Damage to the oil seal: Exchange it.
- Damage to the oil seal: Exchange it.
4. Lack of air pressure
- Damage to the suction valves or the exhaust valves: Exchange them.
- Worn-out of the carbon seal bar: Exchange it.
- Worn-out of the carbon seal bar: Exchange it.
- Seizure of carbon seal bar: Exchange it.
- Loading of the suction filter: Exchange it.
5. Sudden stop of the engine
- Seizure of the cylinder: Exchange
- Infiltration foreign matters into the cylinder: Cleaning
- Infiltration foreign matters into the cylinder: Cleaning
